How do I watch the videos?
Once you purchase a kit, a link will be provided to you which will give you access to the video tutorial. Please check spam folder the video will be sent under the name “send owl” at time of purchase
How to care for my mukluks or moccasins?
All of our items are made with natural materials, therefore we do not add any extra spray, chemicals or protective products. If you choose to do so please test out on a small part to make sure it does not harm the surface. To get the best wear out of your item, do not wear in rain, wet/fresh snow or slush as this will start to break down the skin/fur. If your product gets dirty using a damp cloth or/and gentle soap such as dawn should clean all the dirt off. You can also use a soft toothbrush or suede brush. If your item does get wet allow item to fully dry naturally to prevent any damage to item.
How long will it take for me to receive my kit?
Please allow 5-7 Business days for preparing your kit! Shipping times vary depending on location, and shipping option you choose but approximately 2-7 business days.
How much is shipping? Where are we located?
Free shipping on orders over $150. Our summer moccasin kits are FREE as we send by large lettermail (not available for U.S orders)
Other items vary on location of items being shipped. The shipping rate will show at checkout

What if I have wider calf’s?
No problem! Just message us before you checkout your order, We will adjust your kit for your measurements.
What if I have my own supplies?
Purchasing just the video tutorial might be a good idea, but to remember the video tutorials do not provide any sizing instructions or patterns. If you are looking to finish a pair maybe you have started before this would work! If you have no idea on how to make them including making sizes/patterns, then the kit will be a better choice!
What if i am unsure what size to get?
If you don't know what size would be a good fit.. just send me a message and I will be happy to help size you or your child for the perfect pair!
